RSU Tracker: Vesting & Value
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Everything you enter — grant labels, tickers, share counts, vesting schedules, prices, ESPP details, tax rates, and outside net worth — is saved locally on your device. It is not transmitted to me, and I have no way to see it.
Deleting the app removes this data from your device.
One thing: the ticker symbols you're tracking. To show current share prices, the app sends a symbol such as AAPL to a price service I operate, which passes it to a market data provider and returns the price.
If you track a company that isn't publicly traded and enter prices manually, nothing leaves your device at all.
There are none. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporting service, and no third-party trackers. Nothing you do in the app is measured or reported anywhere.
Pro subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment and tells the app whether your purchase is active. I never see your payment details, and I receive only the aggregate sales reports Apple provides to every developer.
Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
Vest reminders are scheduled on your device by iOS. They aren't sent from a server, and no one but your phone knows when your vests are.
CSV and PDF exports are generated on your device and shared only where you choose to send them.
The app is intended for adults managing their own compensation and isn't directed at children under 13.
Because your data never reaches me, there's nothing for me to hand over, correct, or delete on request. You control all of it directly: edit or delete grants in the app, or delete the app to remove everything.
If the app ever starts handling data differently, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the date at the top will change.
