RSU Tracker: Vesting & Value
If something here doesn't cover it, write to me directly. I read every message.
Bug reports, feature requests, refund questions, or anything else about the app.
salih_eksioglu@hotmail.comUp to two grants, your full vesting timeline, vested and unvested values, automatic daily price updates, and ESPP tracking. No account, no sign-up.
Pro adds unlimited grants, after-tax estimates, the tax shortfall warning, sell scenarios, concentration risk, vest reminders, and CSV/PDF export.
Most employers withhold a flat rate on RSU vests — often around 22% in the US. If your actual marginal rate is higher, the difference isn't withheld, and it comes due when you file.
The app multiplies your upcoming vests by the gap between the two rates so you can set the money aside early. Both rates are yours to set in Settings, and both are estimates. This isn't tax advice — check the numbers with your accountant.
Prices come from a market data provider and refresh automatically about once an hour while you're using the app. Pull down on the dashboard to refresh sooner.
They're delayed quotes meant for tracking, not trading. Don't use them to time a sale.
Check your internet connection first, then pull down on the dashboard to force a refresh. The app keeps showing your last known prices rather than zeroing out.
If your company isn't publicly traded, there's no ticker to look up — enter the price manually and it stays until you change it.
Still stuck after a few hours? Email me with the ticker and I'll check the data source.
No. Nothing is linked and nothing is imported. You enter your grant details yourself, which is why the app never asks for a login.
On your device only. There's no account, no server, and no sync. Deleting the app deletes your grants along with it, so export a CSV or PDF first if you want to keep a copy.
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
If it still doesn't unlock, email me and include the receipt from Apple.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by me. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. You keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel.
Reminders are a Pro feature and need notification permission. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → RSU Tracker, then turn reminders off and back on in the app's Settings.
The app schedules the vests coming up soonest. If you track many grants at once, distant vests are scheduled as nearer ones pass.
Not yet — the app covers RSUs and ESPP today. Options are taxed differently enough that doing them badly would be worse than not doing them at all. They're what I'm working on next.
No. Every number in the app is an estimate based on what you enter, including the tax figures and sell scenarios. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your equity.
